Our editorial method

Show the evidence.
State the limits.

Course Ledger helps you compare the published facts behind online learning purchases.

What we research

We use official course pages, provider support documents and current program outlines to compare advertised prices, billing models, tools, entry information and certificate options. Each guide links its sources and states when they were checked. Calculated totals show their assumptions.

What we do not claim

These are source-based guides, not first-hand course reviews. We have not completed the featured programs. We do not assign teaching-quality ratings, claim a certificate guarantees a job, or present provider time estimates as measured learner outcomes.

How automation is used

AI assists with research organisation, drafting and arithmetic scenarios. Provider-specific claims are checked against the linked sources. Automation does not establish teaching quality or personal experience. No tool removes the need to check changing prices and program details.

When sources disagree

We call out material differences rather than silently combining them. A current module list or explicit curriculum FAQ may be more useful than an older tag, but unresolved discrepancies remain visible in the relevant guide.

Prices and calculators

Unless stated otherwise, editorial price examples are US dollars and refer to standard advertised US pricing checked on 19 October 2026. The calculator also accepts your own quotes in EUR, GBP, DKK or CAD; selecting a currency does not convert prices and clears all previous amounts to prevent mixed-currency comparisons. Taxes, regional offers, trials, promotions and future changes are excluded from arithmetic scenarios. A calculator result is a planning comparison, not a checkout quote.

Commercial disclosure

No affiliate agreements are currently active, and provider links on this version are ordinary links. If affiliate links are added, the affected pages will disclose that relationship. Commercial availability will not determine whether a free option is explained.

Optional usage measurements

Where analytics is enabled, you can choose whether to share page and interaction measurements and sanitized error reports. The analytics preferences control appears only when the service is configured. Session replay requires a separate choice, masks text and inputs, and is off by default. Form values and cross-site identities are not collected by this integration.

Corrections

Use each guide’s dated source list to check the latest provider information. This first version does not have a public corrections inbox. No reader account, payment or newsletter registration is required.
